30 years of library experience in different positions (manager of a small village library, head of children’s department, advisor on children’s and young adults topics, member of several national professional groups, secretary of Section Child of IFLA). Present job is consultant/advisor from Biblioservice Gelderland (one of the 12 provinces of the Netherlands) on matters like reading promotion, libraries in a network, Cultural Education, Youth Information Points, Health Information Points for Kids etc.
