Flemming Vang Sparsø, Senior Scientist, Danisco A/S.

Flemming has worked 15 years for Danisco and is the inventor in several patents including the

vegetable based plasticizer and phthalate replacer GRINDSTED® SOFT-N-SAFE.

Flemming has for the last seven years been working with innovation processes and creativity and has been involved in projects related to how users and consumers can be used in the design of new food ingredients.

Flemming is member of the board in the Danish based organisation for innovation and creativity, www.iki.dk, and he is currently taking a master in leadership and innovation in omplex systems, www.laics.net, at the Danish University of Education and Copenhagen Business School.
