All participants must submit completed registration forms. Please register online or fill in the printed registration form enclosed in the programme and return it by mail or fax with payment.
Registration forms, hotel reservations and all correspondence concerning registration and accommodation (payment, cancellation, charges and social programme etc.) must be sent to:
