Cancellation

Notification of cancellation must be in writing and sent to KongresKompagniet Stadevej 3, DK-8220 Brabrand, Denmark. By cancellation before May 1, 2004 the registration fee except a cancellation charge of DKK 500 will be refunded.
By cancellation after May 1, 2004 there will be no refund, but you are free to send a replacement.
