Hotel accommodation
The Conference Secretariat has made preliminary hotel reservations for the participants.
Please see registration form or book when you register online.
The hotels are divided into different categories according to their standard of comfort. If the category of your choice is not available at the time of booking, the nearest alternative will be allocated. The Conference Secretariat will, however, make every effort to meet your request. The organizers cannot guarantee accommodation for participants, who have not registered in advance.
All accommodation must be booked through the Conference Secretariat.
The hotels will be booked on a first come, first served basis. Payment directly to hotels upon departure.
Confirmation of registration and accommodation
The Conference Secretariat will do everything possible to place you according to your preference within the room allotments. You will receive receipt and confirmation of accommodation when the Conference Secretariat has received the registration form and full payment.
Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk upon arrival. At the end of April 2004 all early registered participants will receive confirmation.
Accommodation Changes
Participants changing accommodation requirements must do so through the Conference Secretariat and not by contacting the hotels directly.
NB: Hostel and low-budget accommodation
Participants who prefer to stay at the City Hostel or City Sleep-in (low-budget) are welcome to book directly.
