Registration Fee
Low registration fee: Before 1st of April 2900 DKK.
Standard registration fee: After 2nd of April 3300 DKK.
Registration fee includes conference participation, Get2gether at the Main Library, lunch/coffee Monday and Tuesday and Conference Dinner all inclusive.
Accompanying person and Exibitors/sponsors
Registration fee: 500 DKK (67 EUR). Fee includes registration and Get2gether
Presenting author for poster
Registration fee 1500 DKK (200 EUR). Fee includes Get2gether and conference programme (incl. coffe and lunches).
Conference dinner Monday 11th: included in registration fee for participants.
Others (accompanying persons, exibitors/sponsors and author for posters: DKK (94 EUR)

Cancellation
Registration is binding.
Cancellation before 1st of april allows refund of conference fee. An administration fee of 500 dkk (excl. tax) will not be refunded.
After the 1st of april there is no refund of registration fee, but you are welcome to send a replacing participant.
